This squash stores well through the winter, increasing in sweetness while looking great on your shelf! Use this for the best pumpkin pie ever! This squash is large and flattened in shape with a beautiful blue-green skin and deep orange flesh. Weighing 8 to 10 lbs, it will supply enough pulp for at least 5-6 pies, and the cooked pulp can be frozen for future pies!
